Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm to higher on moderate demand and moderate 
offerings. Select and Choice chuck and round cuts steady to firm while loin 
cuts higher. Choice rib cuts lower while Select firm. Beef trimmings mostly 
sharply lower on light demand and heavy offerings.
