Countryside Feed was created in 1997, then expanded in 2018 following a merger between Midwest Ag Services in Seneca, and Countryside Feed in Hillsboro. The idea wasn’t simply to get bigger for business sake; it was to expand, align resources, increase the purchasing power and product-delivery capabilities.

Countryside Feed is deeply committed to giving back to the communities we serve through our long-standing support for local FFA and 4-H clubs. Our employees are actively involved in various programs aimed at combating childhood hunger in our community. These initiatives include volunteering at a local church that provides lunches during the summer and supporting the "Backpacks for Kids" program, which ensures children have extra food during long weekends and school holidays.
In addition, we enthusiastically participate in Operation Christmas Child each holiday season. This initiative allows us to send gifts to children who may have never received one, while also sharing a message of hope. These gifts are delivered to over 170 countries and territories worldwide. Thanks to the collective efforts of local businesses, individuals, and churches, we can bring joy and happiness to children during Christmas.
